The system includes continuous recording on a video recorder (DVR). How long footage is kept depends on the number of cameras, the image quality and the recorder’s storage, and we define it with you when we design the system.

Yes. If your video surveillance system fails, we check it and fix the problem. We can also correct or reconfigure what you already have. Depending on the equipment and its condition, we will tell you whether to keep it or replace some parts.

It depends on how the system is designed. Without power, the cameras and the recorder shut down unless they have electrical backup. Without internet, recording can continue on the local recorder, but you won’t be able to view the cameras remotely until the connection returns. If this worries you, mention it when you ask for a quote.
