Can we start with just one system, such as the cameras?
Yes. You can work on a single system, such as the cameras or access control, or bring cameras, access control, network and support together in one turnkey project. Your community decides the scope, and we give you personalized advice.
Can the cameras and access systems the community already has be reused?
It depends on the equipment and its condition. We review it and tell you what can be kept, what can be adjusted or reconfigured, and what should be replaced, so your community can decide with clear information.
Who provides support when something fails in the community?
We do: we offer 24/7 technical support and preventive maintenance for your community’s systems. Tell us which systems your community has so we can define with you how issues will be handled.
What happens to cameras and access control if the power or internet goes out?
It depends on how the system is designed. Without electricity the equipment shuts down unless it has backup power, and without internet remote monitoring may be lost. In a community it is wise to define these cases from the start: tell us what is critical and we will include it in the proposal.
